Refunds  - 7 Day Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any Patient Best® or Caregiver Haven products we will refund your investment, minus a 15% cancellation/administrative fee, providing you notify us within 7 days of the purchase date. All refunds can take 5-7 days to process.

Membership: Membership in the Freedom Clubs may be canceled anytime—no refunds issued after the 1st 7 days of your 1st month minus a 15% cancellation/administrative fee, providing you notify us within 7 days of the purchase date. All refunds can take 5-7 days to process.

For cancellations: Notify us 7 days before your next billing cycle if you would like to cancel. You will have access to all your courses until your billing period ends and will not be renewed. 

Returns: If you purchased a Patient Best® Medical History Book(s), whether included in the Patient Best® Course or separately, you are  eligible for a return, within 14 days of purchase, if the item is received in the original unopened packaging. Please include your  receipt or proof of purchase. Once the item has been returned in its original unopened package, a refund will be issued minus a 15% cancellation/administrative fee.  All refunds can take 5-7 days to process.

Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
